Our Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are actively participating in your program and following the agreed-upon training plan, we will continue working with you until you achieve meaningful results.
That may include:
Adjusting your program
Modifying coaching style or trainer assignment
Revisiting recovery, mobility, or workload strategies
Clarifying expectations and goals
Our first priority is always solution-based coaching, not refunds.
When Refunds May Be Considered
While refunds are not our default approach, we understand that life happens. Refunds or prorated refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
1. Major Life or Family Events
Unexpected events such as serious illness, injury, or family emergencies that prevent continued participation.
2. Relocation
If you permanently relocate outside a 15-mile radius of Formula Fitness and can no longer reasonably attend sessions.
3. Poor Experience or Lack of Results
If you feel your experience or results do not meet reasonable expectations after we have had the opportunity to address concerns, adjust your program, and attempt to resolve the issue.
Our Process Before Any Refund
Before any refund is issued, we will:
Schedule a conversation to understand your concerns
Review attendance, participation, and coaching adjustments
Offer reasonable solutions aimed at achieving your goals
In most cases, members achieve success once expectations and programming are aligned.
Important Clarifications
To maintain fairness for both members and staff:
Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Used sessions are not refundable
Refunds are not issued for missed sessions, schedule conflicts, or lack of attendance
Medical clearance and participation compliance are required for results-based claims
All approved refunds are processed to the original form of payment.
