Next we will conduct a detailed fitness assessment to evaluate your body composition (weight, body fat, and lean mass) and screen key lifestyle factors. We’ll also conduct a body movement test to understand your body mechanics better.

In Phase 4, our team will work on your primary health and fitness goals to help you achieve the best version of yourself.

Personal Training
Physical Assessment
Everything stems from your movement assessment as it determines what type of movements you should do more of, and the movements you should stay away from (many individuals should be avoiding pushups due to a tight chest from sitting with bad posture).
Tailored Programming
Your personal training programming will include in-person workouts, customized nutrition plan, and semi-monthly metric tracking. Additional supplement guidance to enhance your results and lifestyle is provided.
Fitness Solutions
We can make progress no matter your experience level. Variations, modifications, and alternatives will be provided to assure that you feel like the workout is appropriate for you and your goals.

- Your fitness assessment will help determine what is the best path of success. Most individuals come work with our coaches 1x, 2x, 3x a week. I have programs that range from 2 weeks long for strictly education to programs 6 months long for aggressive results and accountability.

Choosing personal training is the best option if you are ready to commit to a consistent workout routine and want the best possible results with high levels of attention to detail. We offer programs where you workout 1x, 2x, or 3x a week.
The programs can be purchased in 1, 3, and 6-month programs. Payment options available. Unused sessions will roll over into your next month. You can use the sessions as you see fit, and you can cancel anytime.
