Our initial phone consultation is completely free. The in-person consultation does have a fee, but here’s why
it’s worth every penny: you’ll walk away with a comprehensive assessment of your body, a clear
understanding of what’s been holding you back, and a personalized game plan—whether you decide to train
with us or not. Most gyms skip this step entirely, which is why most people never see results.

This isn’t a generic gym tour. Your consultation is a full deep-dive into your body, lifestyle, and goals:
a. Lifestyle screening – We assess sleep, stress, medications, injuries, and daily habits that impact
your progress
b. InBody Scan – State-of-the-art technology measures body fat, lean muscle, cellular hydration, fat
distribution, and visceral fat with clinical accuracy
c. Movement screen – We identify muscle imbalances so we know exactly which exercises will help you
and which ones to avoid
d. Nutrition recommendations – Eating strategies tailored to your body type, lifestyle, and preferences

Every trainer on our team holds one or both of the following: a degree in kinesiology or a related field, and a nationally recognized personal training certification. We also screen every coach for communication, mentorship, and quality standards that most gyms don’t require. When you work with our team, you’re working with professionals — not just someone doing workouts on an app.

How Training Works

Choose 1-on-1 Personal Training if: you have a complicated situation — injuries, significant health considerations, specific pacing, or you want a fully customized experience every session.
Choose SPPT if: you want the energy of training in a small group setting with comparable coaching at a fraction of the 1-on-1 cost.

The same great structure as personal training — warm-up, flexibility, breathing, primary workout, conditioning, and recovery — but in a motivating small group setting (maximum 6 members). You get the personalized attention of a trainer who knows your name, your goals, and your limitations.

Each session is dynamic, goal-oriented, and never boring. Your program evolves as you get stronger. Every session includes: strength and conditioning work tailored to your goals, cardiovascular conditioning, and built-in time for recovery and movement efficiency.

Each session is 55 minutes from start to finish — structured to deliver a complete, effective workout including warm-up, training, conditioning, and recovery, without wasting your time. Every minute is designed with purpose by you and your trainer.

We build your fitness blueprint from your initial assessment and update it as you progress. We factor in your fitness level, schedule, preferences, and the exercises you enjoy versus ones you dread. Pricing, Plans & Guarantee

We’re open 7 days a week to fit your schedule:

  • Monday–Friday: 5 AM – 10 PM

Scheduling & Booking

Prices typically start from $85 depending on your program and goals. We know that’s an investment — but consider this: the average 1-on-1 session elsewhere runs $150+. Our members get real results because every session is guided by an expert who’s invested in their success. Ask us what results are worth to you.

Yes, we offer flexible payment plans with 0% interest. We don’t believe finances should stand between you and your health. Let’s find an option that works for your budget.

No membership fees. You only pay for your training sessions. Unlike big-box gyms that profit from people who never show up, we only succeed when you succeed. That’s the way it should be.

Programs are available from 3- to 6-month commitments. During your consultation, we’ll recommend the best fit based on your goals and timeline. Whether you’re preparing for an event or committing to a long-term lifestyle change, we have a program designed for you.

We are committed to your progress. If you’re not getting measurable results and aren’t happy with your experience, we’ll refund your remaining sessions — no questions asked. We only succeed when you do, and we stand behind that promise completely.

Cancellations, Pauses & Flexibility

Absolutely. Let us know, and we’ll pause your sessions. When you’re ready to return, we’ll be here — no judgment, no starting from scratch.

Sessions do have a reasonable expiration window to keep you accountable — because accountability drives results. However, if you have a family emergency, illness, or unexpected circumstances, we’ll pause your sessions. Just communicate with us. We’re not here to take your money without helping you get results.

Nutrition, Recovery & Extras

Yes, and it’s a game changer. Our coaches provide personalized, culture-sensitive meal guidance you’ll actually enjoy and stick to. We include foods you love, provide grocery lists, recipes, snacks, and practical tips — because the best nutrition plan is one you can actually follow.

Absolutely. Your progress doesn’t stop when you leave the gym. We provide personalized recovery protocols and home exercises to accelerate your results. This ensures you’re not just paying for time inside the gym — you’re getting a system working for you all week.
