Background & Experience
Before serving in the U.S. Marine Corps, JP recognized the power of discipline to drive life-changing fitness results. He later studied Sports Nutrition at the Southern California Health Institute, expanding his expertise in weight loss, muscle growth, and effective training protocols. Over the years, he has guided countless clients toward achieving their weight-loss and hypertrophy goals while helping them develop a healthier mindset and lifestyle.
