Background & Experience
Chris grew up immersed in sports, especially baseball at the collegiate level. After earning a B.S. in Kinesiology (Exercise Science) from Cal State Fullerton, he worked in physical therapy and personal training. He now applies his expertise at Formula Fitness to help clients near Cypress, CA.
