FAQS
Frequently asked questions (FAQs)
Not at all. Formula Fitness is designed for people at all fitness levels, from complete beginners to experienced athletes.
Many of our members come to us because they feel out of shape, stuck, in pain, or unsure where to begin. That is exactly what our coaching process is built for.
You do not need to get in shape before starting. You start training so we can help you get in shape safely and effectively.
For most members, 2 to 3 training sessions per week is ideal for building consistency, strength, mobility, and long-term results.
Members who want faster progress, more accountability, or a higher level of structure may benefit from training 4 to 5 times per week, depending on their goals, schedule, and recovery.
Results vary based on consistency, nutrition, training intensity, sleep, and individual starting point.
Many members begin feeling stronger, moving better, and noticing improvements in energy within the first few sessions. With proper form, consistent training, and nutrition support, visible physical changes often begin within 4 to 8 weeks.
The consultation is a $100 coaching fee.
That amount is applied toward your program when you become a member, so it is not an extra cost. It goes directly toward your membership.
The consultation is designed to help us understand your goals, fitness level, movement patterns, limitations, and the type of support you need.
During the consultation, you may experience:
A goal assessment to understand what you want to accomplish
A movement screen to evaluate mobility, balance, and limitations
An introduction to our coaching approach
A personalized program recommendation based on your needs
A clear explanation of pricing and membership options
Please wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely.
You do not need to prepare for a workout. The consultation may include a movement screen, but it is not a full training session.
You are also encouraged to bring any questions about your goals, injuries, schedule, or membership options.
Yes, but the first step is the consultation.
The consultation allows our team to understand your goals, assess your movement, introduce you to our coaching style, and recommend the best program before placing you into a training session.
This helps ensure your first session is safe, personalized, and appropriate for your fitness level.
Pricing depends on your goals, training frequency, schedule, and the level of coaching and accountability you need.
Most members invest between $400 and $900 per month.
Your exact membership recommendation is provided after your consultation, once our team understands your goals, current fitness level, and ideal training plan.

Each training session is approximately 60 minutes.
A typical session may include a warm-up, mobility work, strength training, conditioning, cool down, and recovery support, depending on your program and goals.
Every session is customized based on your goals, fitness level, limitations, and progress.
A typical session may include:
Warm-up and mobility work to prepare your body
Functional movement patterns to improve how you move
Resistance training to build strength and muscle
Flexibility work to support mobility and recovery
Cool down and recovery to help your body adapt
Both options provide professional coaching, structure, and accountability.
One-on-one training is best for members who need focused attention, have injuries, significant muscle imbalances, prefer privacy, or want a fully customized experience every session.
Small group training is best for members who enjoy the energy of a small group, want expert coaching, and prefer a more accessible price point while still receiving personalized attention.
