5. Program Planning & Next Steps

We answer all questions and outline a personalized plan. You’ll receive clear guidance on the program and schedule that best fits your goals, needs, and budget—without pressure.

Training rates at Formula Fitness typically range from $55 to $95 per session, depending on the level of coaching support you need. Pricing varies based on factors such as your goals, training frequency, program customization, nutrition guidance, injury considerations, and overall commitment level.

We offer multiple program options so clients can choose an approach that fits both their budget and their long-term health goals. Some clients prefer a more premium, high-touch experience; others start with a lighter plan and scale up over time.

Because every person’s needs are different, a short conversation with our team will give you clear guidance on which option makes the most sense—without any pressure. Our goal is to help you make an informed, confident decision about the right investment for your health.

We don’t run traditional “cardio classes” or “strength classes.”

Everything at Formula Fitness is personalized small-group personal training, built around your goals and movement needs.

Each session is tailored for functional strength, weight loss, performance, recovery, and training around joint pain or past injuries.

That level of customization—paired with our coaches’ attention to detail—is what sets us apart.

Instead of picking a class, you’re placed into a small group that matches your goals, fitness level, and training pace, so you get the right workout every time.

We operate Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturdays from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

We are closed on Sundays.

All sessions are by appointment only to ensure you receive dedicated coaching and a structured, high-quality training environment.

Multiple semi-private or one-on-one sessions may run at the same time depending on trainer availability.

At Formula Fitness, personal training is a customized, coach-led program designed around your goals, limitations, and lifestyle. Every session is 50 minutes and delivered either one-on-one or in a semi-private setting (up to 4 clients training with one coach).

Here is what to expect:

1. Individualized Training Program

Each workout is built around your goals, training age, injury history, posture, and movement quality. No generic templates.

2. Strength, Conditioning, and Movement Quality

Training includes a combination of strength work, conditioning, corrective exercises, and mobility so you move better, feel better, and get stronger without injuries.

3. Recovery and Flexibility Work

Every session ends with guided stretching, recovery, or flexibility work tailored to what your body needs that day.

4. Real-Time Coaching and Form Correction

Coaches cue, correct, and progress you throughout the entire session to keep you safe and improving consistently.

5. Progress Tracking

We use InBody 580 scans, movement screens, and performance tracking to measure your results objectively and adjust your program as you improve.

Overall, our personal training process is designed to give you clear structure, expert coaching, and consistent results, whether you’re a beginner or rebuilding from past injuries.

Small Group Personal Training at Formula Fitness is a semi-private coaching model where one coach trains up to four clients at a time. Each client follows an individualized program based on their goals, assessment results, and movement needs.

Here’s how it works:

1. Individual Assessment First

Before joining a group, you complete a movement screen and an InBody scan so we can understand your goals, limitations, and training history.

2. Personalized Programming in a Small Group Setting

Even in a group of 1–4 people, every client trains on their own customized program—strength work, conditioning, mobility, and corrective exercises tailored to your profile.

3. High Coaching Attention

The coach manages the entire room, provides form correction, adjusts your weights and progressions, and ensures you’re training safely and effectively.

4. Matched With the Right Group

You’re placed with clients who have similar goals, ability levels, and training pace to maintain a smooth, productive session.

5. Same Quality, More Community

You receive the structure and precision of personal training with the added motivation of training alongside others.

Personal Training at Formula Fitness includes a fully integrated coaching system designed to improve strength, reduce injuries, and create sustainable long-term results. Each client receives:

• InBody 580 Body Composition Analysis

• Customized Training Program

• Personalized Nutrition Guidance

Goal-specific macros, recovery nutrition recommendations, habit coaching, and food education based on your lifestyle.

• Ongoing Coaching, Feedback, and Adjustments

Your program evolves as you get stronger, recover from past injuries, or need more advanced progressions.

Personal training is a strong fit if you want expert guidance and a clear, structured path to reaching your health and fitness goals. It’s especially valuable if you want to:

  • Maximize results with custom training, nutrition guidance, and accountability

  • Eliminate guesswork and follow a plan built specifically for your body and goals

  • Start confidently even if you’re new to fitness or unsure where to begin

  • Improve athletic performance or prepare for specific events

  • Learn proper technique to prevent injury and fix movement limitations

  • Train safely around old injuries, surgeries, or chronic pain

  • Save time and stay consistent with a coach guiding every session

If you want a personalized, science-based approach that adapts to your lifestyle—and coaches who genuinely care about your progress—personal training at Formula Fitness is the right place to start.

Both options deliver great results—the right choice depends on the level of coaching attention and training environment you prefer.

One-on-One Personal Training

Best if you want:

  • Highly customized programming tailored to your specific goals, injuries, and limitations

  • Slower-paced, detailed instruction—ideal for beginners or those rebuilding after pain or surgery

  • Maximum coaching attention for learning form, technique, stability, and alignment

  • A private, focused training environment

Small Group (Semi-Private) Training

Best if you want:

  • A motivating environment with 1 coach for up to 4 clients

  • Peer support and accountability to stay consistent

  • A blend of personalization and an energetic group atmosphere

  • More cost-efficient coaching without sacrificing individualization

If you’re unsure which is best, we’ll guide you during your consultation based on your goals, training history, and comfort level.

No. Every client is placed in a small group based on their Fitness Assessment, movement screen, and goals.

You’ll train alongside people with similar ability levels, and your coach will adjust weights, reps, and intensity specifically for you.

You’ll never be put in a group that overwhelms you—or slows you down.
